egg segregation….well, technically

Thought this was a clever use for a slotted spoon. Quick, easy, and my favorite…simple!

Try this quick and clean method for separating yolks and whites. Gently crack an egg over a slotted spoon
set atop a bowl. The white will flow through the openings, leaving the yolk intact and your hands mess-free.

  1. or…..you could let the white run through your fingers into the bowl leaving one less thing to wash. But…that would gross you out wouldn’t it Peggy????

    1. Blah! Yes, totally. Only you would think to do that! It would feel as if you blew your nose into your hand. That’s just “snot” something that appeals to me! LOL
